I went on crosman.com just trying to find a few parts and maybe compare some air rifles, which I naively thought would be straightforward. The site works, technically, but it felt clunkier than it really needed to be.

The pages loaded fine, so I’ll give it that, but actually finding the right information took way more clicks than expected. The filters didn’t help much, and some product details were tucked away like they were trying not to be found.

Checkout wasn’t a complete disaster, thankfully, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. I had to go back a couple times to fix things, which is always fun. It gets the job done, but it could absolutely be a lot easier.

I ordered this from crosman.com, and thankfully the item itself was fine, but the packaging looked like it had been through it. The box was crushed on one side and the tape was already coming loose. I mean, give me a break, when you’re waiting on something new, you don’t want it showing up looking like that. The shipping box definitely needs to be better. I’m giving it 2 stars because the product still works, but the packaging was a letdown

I ordered from crosman.com assuming it would be like most online orders and show up in a few days, but of course it turned into one of those orders that just seems to sit forever. The tracking barely changed, and every time I checked it, it felt like nothing was happening at all.

I know delays happen, but these days it feels like companies always leave you guessing instead of just giving a clear update. I had to keep checking myself, which got annoying. Not the best first order, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something soon.

I was able to find the replacement parts I needed easily, and they did arrive quickly. That said, the whole process left me feeling a little misled because I expected things to be more straightforward based on how it was presented.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Crosman, so I really wanted to like this air rifle when I ordered it from crosman.com. At first it seemed decent enough, but after just a few weekends the pump handle started getting loose. Some of the plastic parts feel cheaper than I expected, and overall it just doesn’t feel like it’s built to last. Kind of disappointing, especially for the price, because I’ve trusted the brand for a while and expected better.

I had to reach out to Crosman about a warranty issue with my air rifle. They did eventually reply and got everything taken care of, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I also had to follow up a couple Times, which was kind of annoying. Not the worst experience, just a little Frustrating...

I got my air rifle from crosman.com, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the power kind of surprised me. It hits harder than I thought it would and seems consistent so far. I’ve used it in the backyard a few times and haven’t run into any issues yet. Shipping was fine too. I’d probably buy from them again...

There just wasn’t much to pick from, like the selection felt kind of small to me. I was expecting more options, but it was limited, I guess.

I bought a Crosman pellet gun hoping it would be a bit more accurate than it turned out to be. I messed with the sights and tried to dial it in, but the shots still seem to drift more than I’d like. It’s fine for casual backyard plinking, so I’m not totally unhappy with it, but I’ve kind of had to accept that it’s not the one to grab if you’re trying to shoot tight groups.

There’s way more upkeep than I expected, cleaning it, oiling it, checking seals, and if you don’t stay on top of it, the performance drops quickly. I’m sure people who enjoy tinkering won’t mind, but I just wanted something I could use without constantly maintaining it. For me, it’s more hassle than it’s worth

I’ve been waiting quite a while to hear back from support, and the replies have been really slow. I also wish the instructions were clearer from the start, because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next.

I found what I needed almost instantly, which felt like a small miracle, and checkout was super simple. The only little tragedy was that a few pages took their sweet time loading, but overall it was a smooth experience.

Right out of the box, it feels well built to me. The stock and barrel seem like they’re put together nicely, and it doesn’t really have that cheap feel I was half expecting. I did notice a few small marks in the finish, but nothing that would really bother me. So far, I’m happy with the build quality, though I guess time will tell how it holds up

I don’t know what else to say, I wasn’t being rough with it or using it nonstop. It broke twice in the same month with light use, so I don’t think this is on me. Just doesn’t seem reliable.

I paid a few days ago, but I still haven’t gotten any shipping email or update from them. It’s kinda frustrating not knowing what’s going on.

My first impression was bad. A bunch of the pellets showed up with bent skirts, and once I tried them, they were shooting all over the place. I was hoping they’d be decent, but this was frustrating right out of the tin. I won’t be buying these again.

It feels like you’re paying a little too much for what you actually get. It’s not terrible, and I’ll admit it does the job, but I’m not totally convinced it was worth the price.
